I am so excited to share the gorgeous before and after project post based on this mood board in October. We started the design in January and the remodel was completed in early July. We styled and shot it at the end of last month and I can’t wait to share how lovely everything came together. The clients were absolutely wonderful to work with and we are already working on their next project. This remodel was mostly on the upper floor of a contemporary house right on Lake Washington in Kirkland. These spaces were the last for the homeowners to remodel after a multi-phase renovation since they moved it. Our project included a Primary and Guest Suite floor plan reconfiguration, adding built ins to the bedroom and loft home office, and updating the main floor Powder Room. Our objective was to better capture the view to the lake and to create a calming and harmonious palette that works well bringing the outdoors in. We used earthy neutrals, pops of green, brass, black, and contrasting wood tones.
Be sure to check back October 1st for this stunning Primary Bedroom and Bath reveal. The guest walk in closet was converted to a bathroom and the hall closet was added as a second Primary Closet. You won’t want to miss this transformation!
