I am so excited to share that I am launching a new product that I’ve been working on for the last several months and is the first item in the Olivia Horine Home Collection. The new Olivia Horine Signature Scent luxury candle is an indulgent fragrance blend with a scent that I can’t get enough of. The mesquite wood, neroli and oak moss blend together for a subtle yet rich aroma that makes you feel like you’re on a relaxing retreat in the forest. I wanted a smell that matches the luxury of my custom interiors. If obsession had a smell, this might be it.
OAKMOSS
Oakmoss, or Evernia prunastri, is a lichen that grows on oak trees in unpolluted forests across Europe and North Africa. It is an epicurean delight that anchors the fragrance with an earthy, woody and luscious base reminiscent of the forest floor after a fresh rain.
MESQUITE
The mesquite wood enhances the woodsy smell and provides a balanced depth to the fragrance with notes of black pepper entwined with smoked woods, tobacco and musk.
NEROLI
The neroli essential oil is extracted from the blossoms of bitter orange trees. Although delicate, neroli has a fresh, floral and citrus scent profile with a hint of honey and spice that is both light and relaxing.
